Punjab Public Service Commission has advertised 89 posts of Junior Clerk BS-11 in Punjab Police Department, on regular basis.
The prescribed qualification for eligibility against the post of Junior Clerk BS-11 in Punjab Police Department is Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division) from recognized Board and four months Diploma in MS Office OR Intermediate in Computer Science (2nd Division) from recognized board and 35 words per minute English typing and 30 words per minute Urdu typing.
The age limit is 18 to 25 plus 5 years for male and 08 years for female candidates general candidates. Both Male & Female domiciled in Punjab are eligible to apply.
89 posts have been bifurcated as per quota of Punjab Police Department.
13 post for women quota, 03 posts for special persons, 04 posts for minority quota.

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE:-
PPSC prescribed test fee amounting to Rs.600 for the FOR SUBMISSION of application. The application will be submitted online after depositing the fee.
All those who are interested should apply at the earliest and not wait for last date as the website often get jammed due to heavy traffic of candidates. After completing the process of applying online, take print out of the application for ready reference for future.

SYLLABUS FOR ONE PAPER MCQ 100 MARKS:-
100 MARKS MCQ of 90 minutes duration of the following syllabus will be held by PPSC:
“Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Computer Studies”
Negative marking for one wrong answer is done (-0.25 mark) usually by PPSC.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE PAPER:-
PPSC usually takes test / paper within month or two after publishing the posts, so one should prepare himself/ herself without wasting any time.
Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Everyday Science, Geography, Basic Mathematics and Basic Computer Knowledge as MS Office, Browsing and e-mail.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR TYPING TEST:-
Those who are already practicing the typing will have better chance to qualify the typing test. However, get admission in any typing institute and work hard for it. It is not difficult task but requires practice.
